Thank you so much for your great care of (Dave). He is thriving and so am I. Its been a very long road. He is very happy at Southwood.
M.T. and her staff in Laurelwood are an exceptional group of people. I believe angels on earth. They always demonstrate love, patience and
kindness to their patients. Thank you for your kindness to my dad during his final years.

My sister is a patient at Southwood. I was so impressed and encouraged by your staff. I feel they really know her as a person and give her
We want to thank you all for the kindness you showed my dad. My father was lucky to have you keep an eye on him and ask us how he was feeling.
I wont forget your kindness and compassion during his last days at Southwood. Dad enjoyed talking to all of you during the 6.5 years he resided at
Southwood. You all became family to him.

I would like to thank you for the exceptional care my mother received while at your facility. Everyone was so pleasant and caring. My mother
remarked to me on numerous occasions how great everyone was to her during her stay. Thank you for making a difficult time for our family a little
less stressful by making her as comfortable as possible.
After spending a month at Southwood I am writing to express my gratitude for the wonderful care I received at your facility. I was in rehab and
I cannot say enough about the wonderful care I received. E and K taught me a range of exercises that were so helpful that the VNA said I needed
only 3 weeks home therapy instead of 9 weeks. You are indeed very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff. I am ready to resume all activities
thanks to K, E, and S in rehabilitation. L was exemplary as my therapist also. Your nursing staff and aides were so kind and caring. M on the
third floor went beyond the call of duty with her thoughtfulness and attention. The food was great. I just wanted to say you have a well operated
Nursing Center and express my sincere gratitude.
I am amazed at how pleasant, compassionate and “ready to meet our needs” everyone here at your facility is from the moment I entered and met the
receptionist and all 3 shifts of staff are amazing. Thank you all for your commitment to perfection.
On behalf of the entire family of N, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Southwood Nursing Center, especially those on
the Laurelwood unit for the loving care they gave to our dad. We were so grateful to know that we could rest easy and know that Dad was being
well cared for and that his needs were being looked after. The nursing staff were always available to update us on any changes in medications
and conditions. They kept him comfortable during his last few months. Thanks to the aids who helped him with his daily needs. We know your job
is hard and we appreciate the respect and love you showed to our dad. Thanks to the activity staff who provide entertainment, stimulation and a
better quality of life for those who are not able to direct their leisure time activities anymore. What you do certainly makes a difference. I
apologize if I have missed anyone. I recognize that caring for patients with Alzheimers disease is a team effort. Again, thank you and may God
bless you all.
